By introducing the aging condition of our country , the paper brings up some advice for the design of the living environment and residential district under the aging cities , in order to pay more attention on the aging by designing the residential district in the future 摘要通过介绍我国老龄化的现状，对城市老龄化下的居住环境，住宅区设计提出了若干点建设意见，从而希望未来住宅区设计中能更多的关注老年使用者。
